"I came across Famous Four in an LRO ad. Ordered some parts for my RRC once.
As time went by, I have been ordering parts only from Famous Four for all our family Rovers
which include our Discovery 200, 1987 One Ten V8 and our RRCs. I get the quality of parts
I need and advise on any mechanical problems I overlook. Most suppliers do not like dealing
with inquiries on the older cars BUT Famous Four go out of the way to get you the right
replacement even if not in stock. Getting parts maybe easy but getting that personal service
and advise is rare anywhere else.
Andy you are great - welcome to Tanzania and I will take you to see the terrain I go through
- maybe the Serengeti, then you-ll see why we are so particular about reliability of parts.
The One Ten V8 ambulance goes where others do not dare.
Thanks a million for being so patient with me - my RRC soft dash is up and running. Have
a few more bits to yet to get.

"I take the opportunity to inform you that the Disco Td5 has been used extensively during the summer period.
The Ashcroft auto gearbox and HD torque converter are functioning very well with the chipped engine.
I am rather pleased with the way Famous Four handled the logistics (collecting and returning the car at Immingham), checking car condition in general and changing gearbox and torque converter.
The HD torque converter with lock-up function is making the car so nice to drive and take care of the extra torque of the engine.
I hope this gearbox HD TC will last the car."

"For about 6 month ago, I had my Discovery 2 to Service 120 000km.
I also get the car rebuilt from air to coil suspension, as the air system
had collapsed. I am so impressed of the service, the work which was done
I can not express my thankfulness. I have never met so service minded
people from start to end. They give me another car to use, in the meantime,
whiteout cost. They give me a very good place to sleep, and at the end,
the price was unbelievable cheap - for the work as well the hotel. It was
a very long way to travel - to and from: 4300 km, but I will later
always go to this workshop each year both for my Discovery as well my
Defender (2014 mod). I think it will be a very problem to find somebody
who can compete both the quality, service and the price of Famous Four."
